Michelle
Michelle has graduated cuisine and pastry with honours at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, has received "Le Grand Diplôme".
She followed an apprenticeship at le "Restaurant Signature", then worked for large catering companies in Ottawa and Montreal. She has acquired experience in boulangerie, pâtisserie, chocolate making in "La Gascogne".
She has taken the opportunity to work in the wine region of Niagara-On-the-Lake at "Peller Estate winery". And at one of the finest pastry shop "Willow Cakes and Pastries".
She brings creativity, art of chocolate making, culinary skills and sweet passion to Sucré, Salé.
Rémy
Rémy has graduated from the Hôtelier and Culinary school in Brittany France. He has acquired great abilities to manage, plan, execute many task and events with "The Relais et Châteaux", "Les Étoilés Michelin Restaurants" teams. He loves to share his knowledge with his customers and staff.
In Canada, Rémy worked at "L'Auberge Hatley", "Baccarat", "Le Signatures" and "Peller Estate".
He brings to Sucré, Salé his French touch, knowledge and culinary diversity to the many meals he creates!
